iTRACK New Developments – Nov ’24

iTRACK NEW DEVELOPMENTS!!

We now have a series of IMPORTANT new developments live on iTRACK in addition to the ones made over the summer. These are outlined below, but please watch the recording of our webinar for a comprehensive presentation/demonstration:

1. Pages Renamed – In both EYFS and KS1-3, the ‘Enter Pupil Results’ pages are now called ‘Summative Assessment’ and the re-purposed ‘Gap Analysis’ pages (which is newly available for EYFS) are called ‘Formative Assessment’.

2. Menu Changes – The EYFS menu now also has sub-headings in-line with KS1-3, for ease of navigation. There is a ‘Data Entry’ section, with a separate ‘Cohort Analysis’ section.

3. Formative Assessment (Previously Gap Analysis) Enhancements – Schools are now able to use their own assessment setup when assigning results to statements on the new and improved Gap Analysis page in KS1-2 (now called Formative Assessments). Soon, we’ll also introduce improvements to the iTRACK Recommendation feature, enabling schools to leverage statement data to inform, drive and import summative assessments.

4. Continuous Assessments – Especially useful for schools using the ‘on track / point-in-time’ assessment model, you can now have Autumn’s data (along with every other AP) projected forward into future assessment points, allowing you to tweak your data as you go rather than entering a full new dataset each term.

5. Wonde Import Updates – We’ve updated the Wonde integration, allowing schools to re-add pupils marked as leavers. This will be particularly useful for students who leave but later return. There is also a pre-import check you will need to confirm before running Wonde, to ensure the updated information is correct.

6. MATs and EYFS Integration – For Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), EYFS data has now been added to Strategic. This will provide access to GLD Dashboards, a new School Tracking feature for the entire MAT, and breakdowns by individual schools.
