iTRACK New Developments – June ’25

iTRACK NEW DEVELOPMENTS!!

We are now pleased to announce the following updates have been added to the iTRACK system.

Parental Report Engagement

A brand-new feature has been added to the Report Writer called Parental Engagement. This feature allows schools to setup a report comment period which will invite parents to write their own comment to appear on their child’s school report.

In addition, once reports have been published and sent to parents, a second comment period can be created to allow parents to submit their feedback on their child’s report.

This feature can be enabled on both the Foundation and KS1-KS2 report writers by going to Data Entry > Report Writer > Report Settings and clicking on the Parental Engagement tab.

Foundation Stage Compact Reports

The Compact Report for the Foundation Stage has now been updated to allow users to display all 17 areas of learning, rather than just the 7 early learning goals. Schools that are using their own custom area of learnings can also add these into the new compact report. This feature can be enabled on the Foundation Stage Report Settings, turning on Compact from the General tab and then selecting which areas of learning they would like to display from the Results tab.

Display Custom Attributes on Report Front Pages

A new feature has been added to both Foundation and KS1-KS2 to allow schools to customise which data appears on the front page of their reports. With the Front Page facility turned on, users can head to the Front Page tab and there is now an option titled Display Pupil Attributes. This will allow users to enter some default text and include their own attributes such as Class Name, Class Teacher etc. on the front page of their reports. The option to show or hide the dividing line on the front page has also been added.

Improvements to the Formative and Summative Assessment Pages

Improvements have been made to both the Formative and Summative pages in Foundation and KS1-KS2. Now when using the Band Assign option, a new pop-up modal will appear rather than a small table which could occasionally be hidden. We have also added a Data Entry View button to each of these pages which will hide all unnecessary information such as dropdowns, filters and the left navbar to allow easier focus on data entry. To come out of the Data Entry View, simply click on the button again and everything will return to normal.

Group Report and Subject Monitoring

These pages now come with an Excel export which can be accessed from the header of the table, once the report has been generated.
